COURSE CONTENT

  1. DESIGN OF ONLINE COURSE (WEEK 1)

    The course participants will get an insight into the basic principles of designing online courses (OC), learn the requirements for the structure of OC, and plan the schedule of a future course.

  2. DEVELOPMENT OF STUDY MATERIALS (WEEK 2)

    Students will learn about the main requirements for preparation of text materials, presentations, images, video and audio files, and assignments (tests, individual and group tasks) that will be included in the online course.

    Students will develop study materials in different formats for their online course.

  3. TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES FOR FORMING LINGUISTIC AND COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE (WEEK 3)

    Students will get familiar with the three types of competence in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language, complete tasks to master grammatical skills in all types of speech activity.

    The course attendees will work on teaching materials with the help of which linguistic and communicative competence will be developed.

  1. CONTROL OF THE ACQUIRED LINGUISTIC AND COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE (WEEK 4)

    The course participants will create tasks that will check the gained linguistic and communicative competence.

  2. COURSE UPLOADING TO THE DISTANCE LEARNING PLATFORM (WEEK 5)

    The course attendees will get an insight into the system of distance learning at SUSU and upload their e-learning courses in compliance with the requirements for ELC structure.

  3. COURSE QUALITY ASSESSMENT (WEEK 6)

    The attendees may familiarise themselves with the colleagues’ unique developments and discuss the unconventional approaches and interesting techniques.

    The best works will be admitted to the competition of unique Russian as a foreign language online courses.
